We meet in the summer between 8th and 9th grade while walking home from Chris' summer school Spanish Class. Chris was the middle school boyfriend of Kristin's middle school best friend.
The engagement:
After letting Kristin indulge in all her hippy ways (shopping in the Haight/Ashburry District of San Francisco), Chris took Kristin to the most beautiful part of San Francisco, Golden Gate Park. The Blue Angels were just finishing and the day was gorgeous...... Chris popped the question in the most romantic and traditional of ways, catching Kristin totally by surprise. Of course she said YES! The tearful happy calls to family and friends immediately followed and the night ended with a surprise dinner at the most delicious restaurant, Ruth's Chris where Chris surprised Kristin again with a beautiful dinner where they were joined by their families........
